When setting up a recurring package, you can switch to the Settings tab, and you will be able to enable the self-cancellation option that allows clients to cancel recurring subscriptions on their end.

At the first time of setting, the “Not Allowed” option is preselected by default.

When this option is enabled, your clients can log in on the website to see a list of their purchases, and for recurring purchases, they will be able to cancel their subscriptions.
