Archive a client from the package settings
Coaches have the flexibility to set up automatic archiving of active clients when their package is active from the Package Settings.
You can access the Archive Active Clients feature on the Package Settings page, specifically under the ‘Other Settings’ section. It's important to note that the options for this function are unchecked by default, but you have the option to check these checkboxes if necessary.
“Not archive” option is displayed by default
There are multiple options that you can opt for the ‘Archive Active Clients’:
When you manually cancel a client’s subscription
When a client’s subscription period ends
When a client self-cancels a subscription
Clicking on “Save” button, you can see a successful toast: “Package settings have been saved”.
The displayed description varies based on the selected options:
Archive clients when the coach manually cancels a subscription
Archive clients when the subscription period ends
Archive clients when the client self-cancels a subscription
Note:
The new settings will be automatically reflected on the new subscriptions as well as any subscriptions that are being active inside the Package. This setting only applies for Recurring Package.
Archive active clients of a trial recurring package
In the Package Setting, “Archive client when cancelling a package within the trial period” option is displayed by default.
You can open the Edit mode by clicking on “Edit” button.
“When cancelling a package within the trial period” as a default option
There are four options that you can opt for the ‘Archive Active Clients’:
When the coach manually cancels a subscription
When the subscription period ends
When the client self-cancels a subscription
When cancelling a package within the trial period
You can select one or multiple options. Clicking on “Save” button, you can see a successful toast: “Package settings have been saved”.
If you do not select any options, then the description would be: “Not archive”.

In the Package Setting, “Archive client when cancelling a package within the trial period” option is displayed by default.
