Payment Activity (Web Platform)
To manage and track all your clients' payment activities, access the Payment Activity section from the left navigation menu. From there, you can filter by activity type or use the search box to quickly locate activities specific to a client or keyword. The activities are grouped by date for easier navigation.
You can search by your client’s name or keyword in the Payment Activity.
You can select the type of notifications you want to view by using the Filter function: Payments, Waitlist and Intro Call. After choosing your filter options, you will see an updated Payment Activity list.
