Connect your Stripe account
Step 1: Set up your Stripe Connect account
Navigate to the Setup Payment Tab inside the Payment feature on the left panel. Click Connect to begin creating a Stripe account.
You will be prompted to choose a country that you have a bank account in. Currently, Marketplace is only available in the US.
When you click on ‘Next Step’, your Stripe account is connected to your account on the Marketplace. At that time, you can click on ‘View Account’ to be directed to the Stripe system and see your Stripe account details.
Step 2: Identify Verification
Besides your bank account, you will need to verify your identification. First, you can click on “ID Number Check” button and then you will be directed to Stripe system.
At that time, the button name is changed from “ID Number Check” to “Processing”. You will not be able to click on this button.
When the process of checking your ID Number is finished, the button is changed to “ID Number Checked”.
You can also verify your document by clicking on “Document Check”.
At that time, the button name is changed from “Document Check” to “Processing”. You will not be able to click on this button.
When the process of checking your document is finished, the button is changed to “Document Checked”.
When you finish verifying both your ID Number and your document, the confirmation is displayed as the below screen.
