As the survey creator, you and the workspace owner have complete control over the survey – you can edit, manage, and take action based on the results. Other coaches can view the survey content and gain valuable insights they can potentially apply to their client interactions.
You can manage surveys from two places:
Intro Call Surveys section
Package Settings when editing the purchase options of your packages
Edit a survey
Within the survey, click the 3-dot icon and select Edit.
Once you have finished making changes to the survey, you'll be prompted to save them. Here is what to expect:
If the survey is not assigned to any packages/profiles, changes are saved immediately.
If the survey is applied to multiple packages/profiles, you’ll be asked to confirm updating all associated items.
Duplicate a survey
Within the survey, click the 3-dot icon and select Duplicate.
Preview a survey
You can preview your survey from:
The Intro Call Surveys dashboard.
The Intro Call Options within the Package Settings, if the package includes a survey.
You can see how the survey looks on desktop & mobile (toggle views). Interactions (like answering) are disabled for testing purposes.
Archive a survey
Within the survey, click the 3-dot icon and select Archive.
Note: You can only archive surveys that are not currently assigned to your profile or any active packages.
Unarchive a survey
Under the Archived tab of the Intro Call Surveys dashboard, click the 3-dot icon within the survey and select Unarchive.
Delete a survey
Under the Archived tab of the Intro Call Surveys dashboard, click the 3-dot icon within the survey and select Delete.
Note: Once a survey is deleted, it cannot be restored.
