How to create an Intro Call survey

In Everfit Marketplace, you can utilize a custom intro survey to allow you to get to know potential new clients before you have your intro call and decide whether to make them a package offer or not.

Creating and managing surveys is a breeze. Here’s how to get started and make the most of your surveys.

You must have already turned on the Require intro call before purchase for your package for the survey options to appear. Just getting started? Check out the Purchase Options Overview.


Create a new survey

There are 2 ways to create a new Intro Call survey:

  • From the Intro Call Surveys section

  • From the survey dropdown list

  1. In any “Ask clients to fill out a survey” toggle area, open the dropdown list.

  2. Click + Create new survey to start building a new one.


Customize your survey

  • Ready-made questions to get you started: We have included a template with 8 helpful survey questions to gather valuable client feedback. Feel free to use these questions as a starting point or craft your own unique ones.

  • Keep it concise: To ensure maximum client engagement, the survey allows for a maximum of 10 questions.


Edit survey question

Click on any question within the template to edit it or replace it entirely with your questions.


Remove a question

There are two ways to remove questions from your survey:

  • Using the bin icon: Hover over a question you want to delete. A bin icon will appear on the right side. Clicking this icon will remove the question from your survey entirely.

  • Clearing the text: If you simply want to remove the existing question content but keep the question itself, you can clear all the text within the question field. An empty question will be automatically removed from your active survey.


Re-order a question

Hover over the question you want to reorder. A 3-dash icon will appear on the left side. You can then drag and drop the question to the desired position.


Save the survey and apply it to your profile/package

After customizing, select the Create survey button to save the survey.

Your survey will be saved in two convenient locations:

  • Dropdown list: For quick access, your survey will be readily available within the dropdown menu associated with creating surveys.

  • Manage Survey section: You can also find your survey within the dedicated "Manage Survey" section. Here, you'll have a central hub to access and manage all your created surveys.
