Our Waitlist feature allows you to control client requests seamlessly, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. Here’s a quick guide to understanding and handling each request status.

Understanding Request Statuses
The Waitlist tab can be found within each package.
Waiting: The client has joined your waitlist and is waiting on your response. Decide to send them an offer to purchase the package or decline their request.
Purchased: The client accepted your offer and successfully bought the package.
Declined by Client: The client received your offer but chose to decline. You can view their reason.
Offered: You have sent an offer. If they haven't responded, we'll automatically send two follow-up emails over six days.
Declined by Coach: You’ve declined the client's request. You can undo this action within 15 minutes, but only once.
No Response: After six days, the client hasn't responded. You can resend the offer, and we'll initiate the email and reminder sequence again.
Cancelled: The client cancelled their request before you responded or sent an offer.
Request status Waiting: Offer or Decline client requests
1. Offer request
Within the client request, select the Allow button to open the Allow purchase confirmation pop-up.
Upon confirmation of the Allow Purchase pop-up, select the Approve button. Automated reminder emails will be sent to the client at two-day intervals for a total of two communications, ensuring they are informed of your offer.
2. Decline request
Within the client request, select the Decline button to open the Decline confirmation pop-up.
To decline the purchase request:
Input reasons for your decline: Choose the default reasons given by our system or customize your reasons for your decline to clients’ requests. The email including your reason will be sent to the client.
Confirm your decline: Select the Decline button within the confirmation window. An automated notification email will be sent to the client.
3. Send offers or Decline multiple clients' requests
To select a client request, navigate your cursor over the client's avatar.
Following this action, choose either the Decline client button or the Allow client button to continue.
Note: The option to offer or decline multiple client requests is only available for requests with a status of "Waiting”. Requests with other statuses cannot be acted upon through this method.
Declined by client: View decline reason
Within the client request, select the View reason button to see the Decline details
Declined by coach: Undo the action
If you accidentally decline a client request, don't worry! You can easily reverse this action and re-evaluate your decision.
Within the client request, select the Undo button to open the confirmation window.
In the confirmation window, select the Confirm button. The client request is reversed to the Waiting status.
Note: To ensure you make an informed decision, you can reverse a declined client request within 15 minutes. However, this option is only available once.
No response: Resend the offer
If there is no response from clients, you may resend the offer. Ensure that the Waitlist option for your package is activated.
Within the client request, select the Resend button to open the confirmation window.
In the confirmation window, select the Confirm button. The client request is reversed to the Offered status. We will send email and reminders to clients.
