The Intro Call purchase option requires clients to schedule a brief call or complete a survey before purchasing your package. This allows you to build rapport, answer questions, and ensure a good fit for both parties.
Benefits: Build stronger client relationships, personalize onboarding, and ensure client suitability.
Ideal for: Coaches offering high-ticket items, preferring to work with specific client demographics, and comfortable with pre-booking communication.

Turn on the Intro Call
In the Package Settings
In the Settings tab of the package, click the Edit button.
In the Purchase Settings section, select Require intro call before purchase.
On the Profile page
Navigate to the Marketplace tab from the left-side menu.
Select the Profile Settings and then click the Edit button.
Toggle on the Offer Intro Calls option to enable it.

You have the option to gather contact information only or to create a short survey to collect additional insights.
When you deactivate the "Ask Clients to Fill Out a Survey" toggle, the following occurs:
Client Phone Number Request: Clients will be prompted to provide their phone number, allowing you to reach them directly if necessary.
Leave a message: This option allows clients to leave inquiries or messages directly within the platform.

When you activate the "Ask Clients to Fill Out a Survey" toggle, the following occurs:
Client Phone Number Request: Clients will be prompted to provide their phone number, allowing you to reach them directly if necessary.
Survey Completion: Clients will complete a survey you've created to gather valuable feedback on their experience. For more information, please refer to How to create an Intro Call Survey
