Purchase options empower you to create a personalized experience for potential clients who are interested in your fitness packages.

We offer three purchase options to suit your coaching style and preferences:

The purchase options are under the settings tab of each package. To change the purchase option, click edit.

Let's break down each option to help you choose the best fit:


Instant Book

Frictionless booking for busy coaches

Instant Book is the default setting, allowing seamless client acquisition. Clients can purchase your packages directly, maximizing visibility and minimizing communication needs.

  • Benefits: Effortless bookings, simplified transactions, focus on coaching experience.

  • Ideal for: Coaches with open availability, well-defined packages, and comfort transitioning directly into client relationships.


Waitlist

Manage Client Interest Strategically

The Waitlist option allows clients to express interest in joining your program but doesn't guarantee immediate purchase. You can then manage the waitlist, deciding which clients to prioritize and offer packages to.

  • Benefits: Manage client interest, screen potential clients, and tailor offers.

  • Ideal for: Coaches with limited availability who want to curate their client base and offer personalized package options.

Require Intro Call

Build Rapport Before Booking

This purchase setting requires clients to schedule a brief call or complete a survey before purchasing your package. This allows you to build rapport, answer questions, and ensure a good fit for both parties.

  • Benefits: Build stronger client relationships, personalize onboarding, and ensure client suitability.

  • Ideal for: Coaches offering high-touch experiences who want to assess goals and expectations and are comfortable with pre-booking communication.
