4. We automate the sales & onboarding
Once someone wants to work with you, Marketplace handles the payment and connects them directly to your Everfit workspace. It’s seamless and built-in.
How clients discover you
There are two main ways:
Marketplace Homepage (coming soon): Clients will be able to browse coach profiles and explore by goals, vibe, and specialties.
AI Matching Tool: This tool gives clients tailored recommendations based on personality and needs. Early results are strong.

Where leads come from
We’re not just hoping people find you. We’re actively driving traffic with:

Marketplace includes a Sales Dashboard that shows:
Total revenue (Marketplace + non-Marketplace)
Package performance
Revenue trends and purchase behavior
You can filter by time period, track what’s converting, and make smarter decisions without needing your own tracking setup.

What it costs
We believe in keeping fees fair and simple.
$0 until Dec 2026 (free during beta)
$9/month or $90/year after beta, with or without the Payment and Packages add-on
50% discount on all licenses for the first full year
Helps cover profile hosting, lead capture, automation, and ongoing improvements
15% of the first 90 days’ revenue from any new client you gain through Marketplace or the Match Tool. This does not apply to clients you bring in through your own marketing.
No ongoing commission. After 90 days, the fee drops to the standard processing fee for Stripe transactions.
This intro fee is reinvested into paid marketing and growth efforts to help more coaches get discovered.
